Q. Do you offer a free consultation service?.

A. Yes I do, I cover all across Kent & South London For further afield please contact me.

Q. Do we come to you or do you come to us?.

A. I would normally come to you however a neutral location can be arranged a coffee shop or something similar will be just fine or video call if more suitable is an option.

Q. What happens at the consultation?.

A. I will discuss your wedding consultation FAQ and how I go about photographing your special day the way you would like.

I will discuss the style of photos you may need from vivid colours to B&W and more, I will ask about how your day will unfold as you want it. If there are any special events going on during your day that you need to be photographed. This can be from a relative or friend visiting from another country that you would like photographed with you, or a bouncy castle you may have laid on for children. There are many events that can be captured as all part of your special day.

Q. Do you charge travel rates for a consultation?.

A. Normally I do not, as I serve all of Kent & South London free of charge, however if you’re located some distance away then either we will communicate via email or telephone or video call.

Q. Can we get to see your work up close?.

A. Absolutely I will bring with me some sample albums of my work and the suppliers I used to create your wedding album, this way you can see exactly what your album will look a feel like also my work in all online as well.

Q. We work late and can only make an appointment late evening or weekends, is this ok?.

A. Absolutely I am super flexible anytime morning noon night weekday or weekend is fine, even bank holidays.

Q. How do we book you?.

A. At the consultation if you’re happy with everything I can offer you a contract of agreement of which I will explain how it works. A simple matter of providing me all the details of your day, your contact details and the package you have chosen.

Q. Do we pay a deposit at the consultation?.

A. When you’re happy with everything & want to go ahead with booking. You can pay a deposit, this secures me for your day on the spot. If you want to pay via bank transfer this is fine I will send a receipt with all payments made via email, in some cases cash is fine.

Q. How long do we have to pay the deposit?.

A. If you’re happy with everything I suggest as soon as possible, this secures your venue date with me & my services for you. It’s not uncommon for other clients to enquire to booking the same venue date. So to save disappointment I suggest as soon as the deposit is covered your date is secure.

Q. Do you take cheques?.

A. Yes I do, once the payment has cleared I will let you know that your date is secure.

Q. Do you offer proof of payment?.

A. Yes I do, I will email you a PDF sales receipt as proof of payment for your records.

Q. What if we miss something after the consultation?.

A. no problem, just email me or telephone me any relevant information and I will add this to your file.

Q. How do we get the contract back to you?.

A. There are several ways you can either complete while I’m at your wedding consultation FAQ. You can scan the completed contract an email me, or you can post it to me, even a good clear phone picture will do.
