Below is the breakdown of each wedding photography package and, it’s ideal intent based on the amount of cover you need for your special day. This would be a major part of your planning stage of what you would prefer to be included in your big day’s requirements you need, these would be :

Bridal prep – up to 1.5 hrs Approx:

Ceremony – up to 1 hr

Group shots – up-to 45 mins

Formal shots – 35 mins approx:

Reception Speeches, Cake cut, First dance

Time factors will include same location venue, or several locations travel time must be included.

With time dependent on how far locations are between one another.

 2 hrs cover

Covering ceremony about 20% of your day covered and some basic group shots, All photos taken and provided on an online gallery to share with family & Friends, Digital photos sent direct to you.

Micro Package 3 hr cover

Ideal for full ceremony group shots and some formal shots. 30% of your day covered All photos taken with your 2025 wedding photography package are professionally edited and provided digitally for you. With online gallery to share with family & Friends.

Bronze 4 hour package

A good package to cover 40% of your day partial bridal prep* full ceremony and some basic group shots. This package comes with all photographs taken on your Special day. All professionally edited by myself and provided via digital download for you in a style of your choosing. This will be discussed at your free consultation, there will be an online gallery provided to share with family & friends, with options to purchase a selection of wedding or parent albums listed below.

Bronze+ 5-hour package £675

Excellent package 60% of your special day covered as above with the extra hour to comfortably fit in after ceremony shots and some reception* This package comes as that above Bronze package, but with that “extra hour” you may need. All professionally edited and provided via digital download for you in a style of your choosing. Discussed at your free consultation, there will be an online gallery provided to share with family & friends, with options to purchase a wedding or parent albums listed below.

Silver 6 hours Package

A good all round package to cover 70% of your day bridal prep full ceremony and group photos, & formal photos as well as good section of reception* can also be used for longer reception time if not requiring bridal prep. With two more extra hours with this package there will be more photos to choose from with all images professionally edited by myself and provided via digital download for you to keep as well as an online gallery to share with all. Options for wedding and parent albums available.

Gold 8 hour Package

A popular package to cover 85% of your special day, this package covers your bridal prep*: ceremony and up to the first dance, depending on evening timings. This package also comes with a 26 page A4 wedding album a beautiful hard cover album with all photographs taken and provided for you via digital download, and professionally edited to the highest standard. An online gallery which can also be shared with family & friends.

With options to upgrade your wedding album.

Platinum 10 hour Package

Covering 95% of your magical day, this package is also a popular choice, with loads more photographs and lots of time to relax and let me capture the essentials of your special day as it happens. With all images several hundred taken in most cases. A choice of one of four amazing wedding albums to choose from also available for viewing during your free consultation.

With online gallery and all your photographs provided via digital download, this package will cover bridal prep: ceremony and evening reception first dance speeches, cake cutting.

Emerald 12 hour Package

With 100% of your day covered this package is another popular favourite with couples wanting to not worry about time with their photographer, from bridal prep:, ceremony, group photos, reception, speeches, cake cutting, first dance and dancing the fun night away you will have it all with this package, with unlimited amount of photos taken and provided as always via digital download within 5 days. After your wedding venue, and that’s not all, you have a choice to select one of four stunning wedding albums & a parent album with this total wedding photography package.

A4 Hard cover Lay flat design with cover and wording artwork of your choice chosen from the online gallery included in every package Album is £85 or (Two parent albums for discounted price of £150) standard album is 26 pages and can hold 30 images of your choice this album can also be can be extended*

A3 Hard cover Lay flat design with cover and wording artwork of your choice £105 or (Two parent albums for £197) 26 pages can be extended*

At least 40 images can fit inside the A3 album unless extended the pages option is selected.

12×12 square luxury album with presentation box if required* or stand-alone album design, this album is £250 and can hold up to 50 images of your choice.

16×12 Luxury album with presentation worded box and album cover £297 Holds up to 60 images, of your choice the box and album can contain wording of your choosing as well with material or leatherette effects.

*extra pages, from £2.50 – £4 per spread.

Knowing which package cover to choose depends on your venue day, and is broken down as follows:

Do you require Bridal prop: cover, this is photographing the bridal party, as they prepare for their big day, with make over and hairstyling, dress and shoes, as well as capturing the mood of mother & father of the bride there also? A worthwhile additional to your special day and something to look back on forever.

If you are considering a bridal prep, your wedding photography package will reflect on extra time for this.

Other things to consider?

When selecting your wedding photography package, careful thought is required to think about where you need your photographer.

For example, as we spoke about above do you require a bridal prep: start this would normally be mid-morning morning start for approximately 1.5hours and allowing for travel time from the bridal location to the ceremony venue location as well.

Do you have more than one location on your big day.?

Many couples have several locations on their special day from bridal location to ceremony on to the evening reception area, so travel though “not” charged for but an allowance of time to arrive in good time especially the ceremony location is required.

Coverage

With any wedding photography package selection the travel time would need to be accounted into the day, for example if you have two or three locations that are a distance a part travel time to reach each destination location is part of your overall wedding photography package. Also during the sit down meal which is the least time for photographs to be taken is also part of the overall package.
